The LMBA LOGO and its STORY

The LMBA Logo

The LMBA logo is the original work of Jeanne Mellin Herrick. Jeanne was commissioned by the LMBA for a logo, and submitted three different pieces for the members approval. This was the one with the majority vote.

The stallion is looking like the perfect statue, the mare is looking closely at his feet and displaying protection for the foal by laying back the ears.

The members thought this to be a fitting logo for a Breeders' Association!
